Hood Tuesday?

Theres no question in anyones mind that Detroit keeps it realer than most. Boasting rappers from Trick-Trick to Phat Kat to the Legendary Esham (Eminem admits to getting a lot of his juice from this master of nasty. Think Kool Keith but less space and more violence) they have a real serious hood rap game. Some would say Eminem for Hood Tuesday? This is a bunch of his old shit. Grimy, hard, usually recorded poorly with other broke ass Detroit MC's ranging from Proof (R.I.P) and Royce Da 5'9 (R.I.P) who in Detroit were royalty but up here...Meh. Ranging from 90's bangers to drunken word trickery I tried to include some stuff you remember but might have lost, and other shit you most likely don't have. Theres no question he is one of the best ever to grab a mic. It's easy to forget how real he kept it for how long. Hopefully this will help remind, and remember. If its Tuesday, its gotta be hood.

ace,

i had no idea. i remember listening to him on the radio really really late one night (thats when they would play 'the good rap'). all this time has gone by & i never really thought much of him. thanks cause i've had an epiphany today. that track 'hellbound' is good. i wonder what video game they sampled? sounds like some raw neo geo game or something. good one...
