Hood Tuesday, Early Edition: Young Khalifa
Young Khalifa, Wiz Khalifa, The Wizard of Pittsburgh whatever the fuck Hood Tuesday proudly presents the best of Wiz Khalifa. Young Khalifa has been smashing since 2005-2006 when he dropped Prince of the City Welcome To Pistolvania. With a slew of mixtapes and albums since then he was your above average thug cat until last year when a giant change came. Burn After Rolling and Flight School marked a giant change stylistically to a much smoother grown and sexy version of his stoner-fuck-a-bitch-rap game. He sings now. The most recent Deal or No Deal is a dope album with too much auto-tune and really smooth beats that sound like DJ Drama made em. Either Drama or one of the million Pete Rock ripoffs that have showed up of late (ps, Premier and Pete Rock are working on an album together. Holler!). I highly suggest copping everything from 2009 to present, but here is a primer to get it poppin, and remember. If its the day before Tuesday, Its gotta be hood.
