Nirvana - Old Age

I had a crush on a girl in 7th grade all she listened to was Nirvana. I decided to listen to it too thinking that maybe it'd get me closer to her. no such luck but thanks for the moody tunes.

Over the Covers Under the Sheets

Covers are interesting. They can emphasize lyrics and moments in songs that were not necessarily apparent in the original. They can be the greatest homage or the oddest and sometimes worst butchering of something classic and irreplaceable. They tend to reaffirm the reason we fell in love with the song in the first place or if anything why the musicians who played it originally are so damn good at what they do. Covers are something to argue over, tug on and discard amongst your daily toss and turns.
